Sebagaimana terjadi di salah satu desa di daerah Jawa Tengah ini semua perangkat desanya di periksa pihak berwajib karena diduga tersangkut masalah biaya pengurusan surat tanah di desa itu. Pemerikasan terhadap Kepala Desa beserta seluruh perangkatnya ini setelah Tim Saber Pungli dari Polres Cilacap mendatangi kantor desa tersebut sekitar pukul siang. Diberitakan, para perangkat desa serta kepala desa Surusunda Kecamatan Karangpucung Cilacap ini sempat terkejut saat kedatangan Tim Sapu Bersih Pungutan Liar Saber Pungli ke kantor desa tersebut. Rupanya peristiwa itu diduga karena di desa Surusunda tersebut masyarakat di minta iuran wajib untuk biaya operasional pembuatan Sertifikat Tanah Proyek Nasional Prona. Biaya pengurusan surat tanah prona yang nilainya antara Rp 500 ribu â Rp 650 ribu itu di sepakati setelah dibahas dalam acara musyawarah dan penyuluhan program sertifikat prona di maksud. Dari operasi yang di jalankan Saber Pungli di kantor desa tersebut telah diamankan sejumlah uang sebesar Rp dan dua bendel kwitansi dari ruang Kaur keuangan desa. Sementara Kepala desa dan perangkat desa yang jumlahnya sekitar 10 rang tersebut akan dilakukan pemeriksaan lebih lanjut. Kapolres Cilacap AKBP Yudho Hermanto seperti dilansir membenarkan adanya kejadian di desa Surusunda itu melalui Kasatreskrim AKP Agus Supriadi. âKita masih melakukan pemeriksaan lanjutan terkait kasus itu. Dugaannya mereka melanggar UU RI No 20 th 2001 tentang perubahan Atas UU RI No 31 th 1999 tentang pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi,â lansir serayunews. Kabarnya dalam kasus biaya pengurusan surat tanah prona itu juga turut diamankan Berita Acara Persetujuan nominal pungli, Berita Acara pembentukan team pelaksana Prona Tk. Desa Surusunda serta Surat keputusan Kepala Desa tentang team Pelaksana program sertifikat tanah Proyek Nasional. Terlepas dari kebenaran berita yang diturunkan tersebut, bagaimanapun juga bagi Kepala desa dan perangkat desa harus berhati-hati dalam menjalankan fungsi pemerintahan desa yang di embankan kepadanya. Karena pemerintah memang sedang gencar-gencarnya memerangi pungli di segala bidang. Apalagi dengan adanya kucuran dana desa yang sudah diberikan pemerintah secara tidak langsung gaji para perangkat desa juga ikut naik. Jadi tidak perlu lagi melakukan pungutan kepada masyarakat dalam mengurus berbagai administrasi di pemerintahan desa. Selain itu transparansi anggaran dana desa juga harus di publikasikan kepada masyarakat. Supaya tidak menimbulkan fitnah dan bisa menyelamatkan perangkat desa dari pelanggaran hukum.
